Armstrong Shaped Beam Surgery Program. Choose between 16, 40, or 64 scenic
miles. For those who enjoy walking or running, the 5K Trail Walk is a
non-timed, non-competitive fun run/walk - so bring the whole family!

Options: Cyclists may register to ride 16, 40 or 64 miles through

across the dam at Lake Lavon and through Nevada and Josephine. The 5K Trail Walk is a
non-timed fun run/walk that will take place on Spring Creek Trail in Richardson.

dedicated to finding a cure for diabetes. The American Diabetes Assocation's
Tour de Cure wil showcase a one/or two-day ride from
San Antonio to
Austin
via San Marcos.
Riders secure funds in advance of the event and receive incentive prizes for
their fundraising. All riders will enjoy a safe and well-marked route,
superior SAG (support and gear) and medical support, and outstanding
volunteer support. Route Options: Day 1: 14-, 32-, 50-, & 80- mile
routes, Day 2: 25-, 55-, & 8- mile routes

The 6th Annual ATLAS Ride Benefiting
the Sense Corp Texas 4000 For Cancer Saturday, June 5, 2010
8:00am Join the Texas 4000 on day one of their epic 70-day
ride. The ride will kick off at Running Brushy Middel School
in Cedar Park and will conclude in Lampasas at the Pillar
Bluff Winery and Vineyard. Riders will enjoy beautiful
views, genrly rolling hills and wildlife of the Texas Hill
Country. The post ride celebration includes BBQ, live music,
wine tasting and beer!

This is a 40 or 65 mile option ride
that starts in Wimberley, TX and takes you through beautiful
Texas hill country to the Rockin' R River Rides (finishing
venue) in New Braunsfels, TX. At the finish, participants
will enjoy a Texas BBQ meal and then take a relaxing float
down the Guadalupe river. The best part about this
experience is it is hassle free for the participants. You
check your bag full of "float gear" at the starting venue in
the morning and it will be waiting at the finish for you.
Once you have finished the ride, your bike and you (if you
choose the shuttle option) will be transported back to the
starting venue. Pricing starts at $55.00 (for just the ride
and barbecue) or $70.00 (for the ride, float, and barbecue).
